Train.co.ke – Online Course: Social Media Marketing Using AI Tools

By enrolling in the Social Media Marketing Using AI Tools course ("the Course") offered by Train.co.ke ("the Company"), you ("the Client" or "Trainee") agree to comply with the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

2. Course Format and Delivery:
   The Course is delivered entirely online. No physical classes or in-person sessions are included.
3. Learning Pace and Duration:
   While the Course is learner-paced, participants are expected to complete it within one (1) month of registration. The Company shall deem the Course as completed once one month has passed from the date of enrollment. After this period, access to course materials may be denied unless the trainee re-registers and pays the prevailing course fee. The Company shall not be held liable for denying access beyond one month of sign-up.
4. Practice and Skill Development:
   Trainees are strongly encouraged to complete all exercises and assignments to effectively develop their skills.
5. Disclaimer on Success:
   Success in digital marketing depends on various individual and external factors. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome or income. However, the Course is designed to enhance your skills in leveraging AI tools for marketing success.
6. Use of AI Agents:
   The Company utilizes AI-powered agents for course content and marketing practice. These agents are trained to simulate real-world communication and adapt messages to user needs in a conversational and personalized manner.
7. Refund Policy:
   As the Course is digital and grants immediate access upon payment, refunds are not accepted after three (3) hours from purchase. Refund requests within the 3-hour window must be made in writing via the official email address listed in the website footer or contact page.
8. Affiliate Program Disclaimer:
   The Company operates an independent affiliate marketing program. Affiliates are not employees or agents of Train.co.ke. Any misrepresentation by affiliates is their sole responsibility. The Company is not liable for claims or promises made by affiliates outside the official platform.
9. Amendments:
   The Company reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are advised to review the terms periodically.
